The resulting gap report shows what is out of date or missing and places required follow-up in the actions register. We don't rewrite or grade the quality of your existing documents.
What happens after the 14 days?
You keep the gap report and action plan. You can also download the results to an Excel spreadsheet if you do not continue with Your Safety Portal. There's no Lock in.

Who does the review: a real consultant or an AI?
The review is completed by a qualified and experienced work health and safety consultant. It's a quantitative gap analysis. We identify which required documents are missing or out of date. We do not rewrite the ones you have. If gaps exist, Your Safety Partners can supply the missing safe work method statements, policies and procedures as an add-on.
What if we don't have any documentation yet?
Many businesses come to us with nothing in place. That's fine. For a fee, we will happily provide the list of safety documents your business type is required to have under Australian WHS law, then supply the safe work method statements, policies and procedures you need. Ask about this on the request form.
How fast can we start?
Within one business day of you submitting the request form. A consultant will reach out to confirm scope, kick off the portal, and start the review. Full review turnaround is 14 days from record share.
